stress defination:bodily or mental tension to something that knocks us off balance,either physically or mentally type of stress: (1)extreme stressor:events that occur rarely and that are extremely stressful,exp natural disasters,human-made disaster,war,migration... (2)developmental and psychosocial stressors:events that occur as you grow and change,exp childbirth,marriage... (3)common stressor:things that u deal with in daily life,exp urban liveing,losing job,pressure on job... ways to cope (1)accept responsibility:take charge of your own part in things (2)analyze the situation logiacally:try to lookat a situation more logically (3)gather information:the more you know,the better you are able to cope (4)reappraise or reframe the situation:try to see thing from different perspective and think positively (5)seek guidance and support:ask for help (6)use problem-solving skills:find an alternative solution for your problems
